- There are many well known (even famous?) Alan Richardsons (academics,sportsmen, musicians, churchmen, businessmen); I am not one of those. I would describe myself at the moment as a once-upon-a-time hand brick maker, if I were what I do, however I am not what I do, think, say, write, read, paint, draw, play-act; I am not genes, nature or nurture. And I won't know who I am by defining what I am NOT. I am memory. Who do you say that I am? Born: Oxford, England. Raised: Kelvedon, Essex. Emigrated: 1974 to USA. Married: 1985 no children.
